Note the following:
A two-night room deposit is due to guarantee a reservation, either by check or credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
Individual Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged two one night’s room and tax charges. All room reservations will be paid in full 29 days prior to the event. To confirm, no refunds to reservations will be made 29 days prior to the event.
There must be an email address to accompany the reservation, the same address cannot be used more than once. For multiple room reservation requests contact email@example.com.
Deadline Date: The discounted conference rate will be available until the contracted room block sells out. Any reservation received after this date cannot be assured a room in their desired category OR the group rate.
Room Category Availability: Room categories are based on availability on the date the request is received. Should a category be sold out for the dates requested, your room reservations will automatically be confirmed in the next available category. Hotel reservations cannot be confirmed by phone.
