Hotel Reservation Request Form

  • Please complete the form below. A four (4) night minimum is required to receive a reservation in our discounted rate. Once your request has been approved via email, the reservation will be sent to the hotel. A two-night room deposit by credit card is due to guarantee a reservation. The hotel will not hold any reservations without the deposit.  The deposit and any cancellations or room night drops are non-refundable after December 15. Deadline Date: The discounted conference rate will be available until January 3rd. Any reservation received after this date cannot be assured a room in their desired category OR the group rate. Room Category Availability: Room categories are based on availability on the date the request is received. Should a category be sold out for the dates requested, your room reservations will automatically be confirmed in the next available category. Hotel reservations cannot be confirmed by phone.
